Plenty of new pool owners are photographing their equipment and asking an AI what it is. That is a genuinely good way to learn, and we would rather you came in knowing something than knowing nothing.
What it cannot do is stand at your pad. It will tell you what a salt cell does. It will not tell you that yours is scaled, what your filter actually reads when it is clean, or that your sprinklers have been spraying your equipment for six years.
Ask it whatever you like while we are standing there. We will tell you which of the answers apply to your pool.
Pool School FAQs
How long does a Pool School session take?
Most sessions last 1 to 2 hours right at your pool. We take as much time as necessary until you feel confident answering every question and operating your equipment hands-on.
What does Pool School cost?
$175 for the session. That covers one to two hours at your equipment pad, every question you have while we are there, and the written record we leave behind. It does not matter whether your pool is simple or has automation and a salt system — the price is the same either way.
Can I record the session?
Yes — please do. Bring your phone and film the whole thing. It is a lot to hold onto from one afternoon, and the video is what you will go back to in month three when something does not look the way we described it.
Can both my spouse and I attend together?
Absolutely! We encourage all adult members of the household who will be involved in pool maintenance or emergency valve operation to join the session.
What if I forget something after you leave?
We leave you with a customized equipment cheat sheet and diagram. Plus, our local Lewisville headquarters is always just a quick phone call away at 469-835-5674.
